Where does the price data come from?
From published award-of-contract results — today that means GeM bid-result pages, with GePNIC AOC sections being added portal by portal. Every price carries a confidence tier: EXACT when the source publishes an item-level unit price, INFERRED when we derive a unit price from total value and quantity, CATEGORY when only a total contract value is known. Every record links back to its source.
Which states are covered?
Live and verified today: Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Chandigarh, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Goa, Gujarat, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Odisha, Puducherry, Punjab, Rajasthan, Sikkim, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Tripura, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, West Bengal (GePNIC) plus GeM, the central marketplace. More GePNIC states are seeded and being verified — we turn a state on only after our scanner has pulled real tenders from it. Non-GePNIC states (Gujarat, Karnataka, Rajasthan, AP/Telangana) use different software and are not covered yet.
How fresh is the data?
Each portal is scanned once daily, and matched tenders trigger instant alerts the same run. The app shows the last successful scan time per portal — if a scraper breaks, you see it degrade gracefully rather than silently go stale.
Is my bid data private?
Yes. Tenders and award records are public data shared by all customers, but your firms, documents, bids, prices and results are tenant-scoped to your account and never shared or used to inform other customers. File access is checked against your account on every download.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. The trial needs no card, and paid plans are monthly — cancel whenever you like and your account simply stops renewing. Your data stays exportable.
Do you cover sectors beyond medical?
The tender radar and alerts work for any keywords you watch, on any covered portal. The classified price intelligence (categories, L1 ladders) is built for medical equipment and consumables first; more sector taxonomies will follow.
